At the fleet meeting held 17 February 2004, Tony Hotchkiss was appointed as fleet captain, taking over from Dave Croxford who has served the Lark fleet well in recent years.

Tony will be well known to current club members having been a past sailing captain, is involved with the Junior race training and on the water in a Firefly until he bought his new Rondar Lark.
